Canary from the Flames
We’ve taken a leaf out of Fantasy Football’s book by resurrecting
the Canary/Phoenix From the Flames feature and applied it to momentous goals
in Norwich City’s history.
The goals that have been recreated obviously include Gossy’s volley against
Bayern Munich in the Uefa Cup and one of City’s greatest ever wingers Darren
Huckerby kindly helped re-create his mazy, mesmerising dribble, which led
to his goal against Birmingham at Carrow Road back in 2007.
Play It Again Fans
As we are unable to show the goals from Norwich City matches we
are turning to you to show those that couldn’t get to the game just how
the Canaries put the ball in the back of the net.
All you have to do is get a group of mates together to star as the Norwich
City players involved in the goals from the game, as well as the opposition
goalkeeper and any key defenders.
Then choose a venue – down your local park, in a car park, in your garden,
in your house, or even in your office, it could even be on a football pitch.
Once you’ve got your cast and location sorted just act out the goals and
film them on your mobile or video camera and email the footage to peter.raven@archant.co.uk
and we’ll get it online.
