Judging by their efforts maybe their time might be better spent doing something else

I'm not a member myself, as far as I can see they do what they can to help and certainly can't see what harm they are doing. AS LOS suggests,

What criteria are you using to judge them? Have they set any targets and missed them?

Their own purpose states that they will give the fans a say on important matters I will let people read the 30th august post and decide if tampax and foodbanks are indeed important matters

Thank goodness we have Tom in the pipeline to save the club and thank goodness he is able to take a break from his hectic career as a photographer to "get involved with Norwich City" out of the goodness of his heart and provide some practical tips on how we might run a food bank. The club is in safe hands!

Are the atmosphere at the ground, banners, the academy, the Nest and the Barclay End Project 'important matters'?

It seems unfair to only highlight two items in a varied meeting.
